Return & Refund Policy



At Cognitive Grip, we are committed to providing marketing services that meet the unique needs and expectations of each client. Because our work is tailored to individual goals and strategies, our return and refund policy is structured on a per-contract basis. However, we maintain the following guiding principles:

🔹 Customized Agreements

All service deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are clearly outlined in each client contract. These agreements will specify the refund eligibility and resolution steps in the event of dissatisfaction, service interruption, or scope adjustments.

🔹 Refund Eligibility

Refunds or partial credits may be considered under the following conditions, depending on the agreement:

  • Services were paid for but not delivered.
  • Project cancellation initiated by Cognitive Grip before substantial work began.
  • Failure to meet outlined deliverables due to reasons within our control.

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

  • The client changes direction mid-project without prior scope adjustment.
  • Deliverables were completed and approved.
  • Delays or interruptions are due to lack of client communication, content, or approvals.

🔹 Revision & Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve issues quickly and professionally. If you're not satisfied with the progress or results, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss revisions or corrective actions as defined in your agreement.
